how do i produce like quad?

i’m sure this has been asked before but i’ve looked all over the internet and not found much. for background i’ve been making music for about a year and a half, with ben as my biggest inspiration. i’m just so mesmerized by his sound in IDMTHY and have been since i first listened to it. i’ve been trying to replicate his sound but i never get anywhere with it. i was wondering if you fellow producers had any tips, plugins, or VSTs you use that sound like IDMTHY. help is greatly appreciated.
