XTeVe - "Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna." What have I done wrong?

I have a working IPTV Sub and have set up XTeVe according to the guide. I have mapped the channels and then added the DVR in Plex. All the guide is working but when I try and play anything I get this error.

How can I troubleshoot this and get it working?
