Total Body Enhancement Machine question

Weird question perhaps, but…

Am I supposed to disrobe for the total body enhancement machine like I would a tanning bed? Or are the lights solely supposed to focus on my face?

Are the lights anything like tanning bed lights e.g. dangerous for risking skin cancer?
