Education Crisis: Would this be effective?

Just saw this today at namangha ako. I think there are a lot of educ graduates na nahihirapan maghanap ng work position dahil masyado silang marami (except sa factor na mababa ang sahod). Therefore, matutulungan din sila if pinagtunguan ng pansin ito at gawing official program, hindi ba? Kahit part-time educator siguro??

Would also like to share this experience of mine: I was an ojt sa isang drug rehab. And we do activities– ice breakers, mga pang-self reflection, involve them sa mga religious stuff, etc. then a lil' bit of interview/counseling pangcase study to further understand them; pero para sakin hindi sila sufficient? Ano yun, nakakulong sila just waiting for the time na makakalabas sila? How could they EFFECTIVELY self-reflect??? + understaff sila roon btw, so hindi lahat naaaccomodate) I think we could do more. And we could help them by giving them programs like this.

Meron din isa, I was helping administer a Filipino test at hindi nila kayang basahin.

Idk how to word this properly and elaboratively but I think, in their situation, those kind of people– who have walked down that path– would be grateful if they'd receive free education too.
