If you’re just starting out
Just shy of 5 months into a weight loss journey. 5’3” - starting 149, current 138, goal 130 (then I’ll reassess).
So many days I felt like there was no progress and I was stuck, but it seems like my body just likes to sit in a weight for a bit before dropping. I can eat the same foods and still this happens. It’s hard to stay positive when there are weeks at about the same weight, but seeing this, I am thankful I didn’t give up. I wanted to share this visual to encourage others to track, be consistent and set a realistic pace. Then just trust you’re going to see results because you’re putting in the effort. Time is going to pass anyway!
