Best CPU upgrade for my 1440p gaming?

I just recently purchased an RTX 4070 Super and i'm slightly bottlenecked by my CPU. I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x CPU and figured this would happen and want to upgrade ASAP. I've read up about the Ryzen 5 7600X and the Ryzen 7 5700X3D are both good options, I just want to know which one is FOR SURE better for my needs before making a purchase, and i'm open to other CPU options if they're better. (I play at 1440p 240hz) Thank you!
