Bical Mabalacat - Okay po ba magbuy ng land dito for residential?

First-time lot buyer and looking to do it first in Bical Mabalacat but I am unfamiliar with the area since I am from Caloocan City Manila, any suggestions/ info on this area will be much appreciated 🙂
