Gengar ex (rainbow border) is the only Pokémon card (not Trainer/Supporter) with a human in its art.

I know it's just a silhouette, but the next closest thing to a human being included in the art of a Pokémon card is the shadow of a cyclist in Doduo's art. Then again, I don't have all the full-arts yet, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
