Anyone takes UBRELVY and does it give you insane adrenaline dumps?

I have horrible migraines and after trying every kind of triptan medication with no effect my doctor decided to try Ubrelvy. It works well but 12 hours later i get insane anxiety and adrenaline dumps. I legit feel like i’m gonna die. Doctor says that it’s not a side effect? wondering if anyone else with POTS had this?
