Need help building my first desktop

Hello everyone, first time posting here. Happy new year to all!

Need reseta/recommendations for pc components. Nasira bigla old gaming laptop ko and need agad kapalit, but I'm thinking of building a desktop setup na para bang for buck na agad yung unexpected gastos for workstation.

Main purpose: Autocad & Architectural 3D renderings (Rendering Engine - Enscape), minsan chill gaming pag may time - Dota II and Valorant

Budget: Around 40k sana, may external monitor na din ako.

If possible mas lower sa 40k without compromising the reliability of components and performance needed for my workstation, that would be great.
