Leaving my 7-year government job for new experience

Hi! F29, as the tiltle says I am already have a 7 year experience in my government job (4 years in finance and 3 years in administrative role). I got promoted three times (now a unit head with 2 staff) and currently earn 36k monthly excluding the 2k allowance.

The point is, I really want a new environment and new experience linked to today's trends (tech and etc). Alam mo naman pag gobyerno. Also, I am yearning towards WFH set-up. The industry I am eyeing now is the BPO sector. If ever, worst case scenario, is to have a job on-site which means I will live independently (with the rent, bills, and chores) and with a lower salary (maybe like earning 2/3 of may current salary).

Is it worth it to give up everything, the salary, tenure, benefits (the 13th and 14th month pay), comfort of living in the province? On the other hand, I am tired of going in this cycle for years (nakakasawa, especially the no mentoring and coaching, heavy workload, unpaid OT).

Would like to hear from you. Thank you very much.
