phishing email or gift card registration? oh

hi all! i became an optimum customer about a week ago, and part of my deal included a $200 prepaid visa. i was wondering if this was a legit email, or if it was phishing? when i clicked on the link, safari gave a warning that the connection was not private. attaching photos, TIA!
