What were some commonly bought DVDs amongst millenials?

Say... born between 1987 to 1991?

I know it's kinda an odd question, but I've kinda been thinking alot about "millenial nostalgia" and such. We didn't buy alot of DVDs growing up, we knew they costed alot. We were recording movies off of Payperview for a few good years (and then torrenting in the late 2010s). I was never too film-savvy growing up, and I obviously dont intend on building a collection in the age of streaming, but I couldn't help but think what may have been commonly nostalgic. I'd imagine it included:

1.) Shrek (we didn't have) 2.) Family Guy first few seasons (which my cousins and classmates had in the mid 2000s). 3.) Austin Powers (we DID have and loved). 4.) Lord of the Rings (we also had and LOVED). 5.) Finding Nemo (funny we got the VHS from some relatives). 6.) Pirates of the Caribbean (didn't see until 2010). 7.) The Fast and the Furious (didn't see until 2020).

All the other classics, Ice age, XMen, etc., we've managed to see fairly soon after release, without having a dvd. So for the most part, we've managed to catch these classics no problem.
