What’s the wittiest thing you say when people ask about your family or kids?

I have a friend who is hysterical. Every time someone inquires about her baby, she says with a straight face, “Oh, he’s great! He’s actually in the car right now!” I swear, it’s comedy gold. I can only imagine the confusion and mild panic on their faces as they try to process whether she's joking or if they should call child services!
