If all women started covering their ears (or another body part) at all times and continued to do so for generations, would people eventually find ears sexually attractive?

First, it doesn't have to be ears, it could also be noses or some other thing.

My line of thinking was, let's think of breasts for example. Female breasts are a secondary sex characteristic, so people who are attracted to women would normally be attracted to breasts (for the lack of a better term I could think of). But that feeling is also amplified by breasts being covered almost all the time, and talking about breasts is taboo in society.

So, if all women were to start covering their ears at all times, for generations, to the point that it would be the norm to cover the ears for women, would ears become at some point a secondary sex characteristic?

Or will we not feel attraction to ears because, unlike secondary sex characteristics, it's not caused by hormones and such, or another reason? That there needs to be a substantial difference in the ears of males and females.

If this could happen, I can only wonder what sex with ears would look like, probably putting your dick into the ear canal.
