Cairo US embassy has been stuck on September 2023 ir1 cases for 4 months now

That’s my post, LITERALLY HAVE NOT MOVED IN FOUR MONTHS AND THIS MONTH THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY INTERVIEW LETTERS OUT. My husband is DQ’d November 2023, so by the looks of it he’ll probably get an appointment in the next 8-10 months I am so frustrated, I’ve never seen any US embassy in the world as horribly at their jobs like this one.
