To anyone who has excellent basketball knowledge. Is this a fair trade?

Here’s some context.

I already have Shai-Gilgeous as my top scorer so I could afford to get rid of Tyrese. But I also have Rudy gobert at center and he’s a beast. Should I take this and move bam or gobert to the forward position? I don’t have good basketball knowledge. I have cap space turned off aswell so money isn’t a factor.
