Skipping Dialogue/Cutscenes on Switch?

Hi all! So I recently began a new playthrough of the game because my first save file is broken. There is a scene of dialogue with a couple of characters in the saloon, and when the dialogue finishes the game softlocks, and I can’t continue or interact with anything. While I’m excited for my second playthrough, I would like to be able to finish my first one because I got pretty far. Is there any way to skip dialogue or cutscenes so that I can get past this bug? Thank you!
