Should i make a new account?

In 2022 i had a pretty good account, but in late 2023 i abandoned it, and now i wanted to log back but i had a Facebook account, and this thing to recover my acc seems too slow and its not working, and idk if i should create a new game, i dont think i would mind the grind but i would def miss my old one
