Recommendations for f26 with remote work

Looking for housing (studio/1b/2b) suggestions for $2,400 max. I’m pursuing acting and would prefer to be near the studio city area if possible.

Safety and space are a priority for me. Willing to live away from DTLA/more expensive areas. Thank you in advance!
