How do I speedrun enlightenment

Hi guys i want to enlighten myself asap because i have problems in life so i heard on this sub rather than facing my problems I can sit cross-legged and hum about 15 minutes a day i am wondering what the best technique? Method? What position best? How many breaths per minute? Duration of hum? Problemat is when i humm ling time it tickle my lip lol thank you buddhas
