Would it make any sense to buff Captain America?

Now here me out,

Ongoing: Your other cards here have +1 Power.

What if we buffed good ol' cap to something similar to his current text but closer to something like Angela or Bishop.

In the sense that, instead of being maxed out at 3/6 without augments,

you could apply a +1 Power applied to amount of unique cards he's teams up with. I feel like it would be cool to see him thrown in with move decks and would net you a potentially high Power card, while scrapping ongoing synergies.
