Miguel O'Hara's Spiderverse - Decoded
Ok, so this is my theory on the Spiderverse and how it relates to MCU's multiverse.
First of all, my theory will attempt to prove that Miguel O'hara and his Spiderverse 'algorithm' is faulty/inaccurate and this is primarily due to ....Kang and the TVA.
As we know, Across the Spiderverse (ATS), Miguel and his AI assistant Lyla know a LOT about the spiderverse- which as explained by Lyla is a web surrounding the actual multiverse. It is very interesting that Miguel seems to know so much about the Spiderverse but does not seem to know much about the multiverse itself. He has built (or stolen?) an algorithm that tries to 'predict' events that lead to the a whole universe being destroyed (aka incursion).
This is the part where the algorithm is faulty- because what Miguel deems as the 'Multiverse' is actually the sacred timeline and he is completely unaware that this timeline is isolated from the other timelines by Kang and the TVA. So what Miguel refers to as cannon events are merely events in a spiderman's life that will lead to the preservation of the Sacred Timeline. Note that Miguel's AI is a predictive model, so naturally he can identify a canon event but has no knowledge as to WHY it is a cannon event.

What I am trying to say is that ultimately Miguel trying to control "Miles" and labelling him an anomaly is WRONG. Miles CAN save his father or his uncle and his universe will NOT be destroyed provided that he can deal with Kang or the TVA who will eventually attempt to destroy his world to preserve the sacred timeline. And I believe that this is how ATS connects to the MCU and also makes a way for Miles to have a fulfilling final act where he can save his father AND save his universe at the same time- defying the algorithm that Miguel O hara has built.

TL:DR: Miguel O'hara's algorithm to protect the multiverse is incorrect as he is simply a pawn in Kang's game, where by enabling the 'cannon' events, he is unknowingly preserving the sacred timeline and restricting the unlimited possibilities of being The Spiderman.
