Strong smell of manure 😷

Hi, I was just wondering about this , for the past day or two there had been an extremely strong smell of manure and farm across the city and I don’t mean in just one location but across the whole city, you can smell is everywhere! I have been in Crosby and south Liverpool in the same day which are an hour apart and I could smell it just as strong in both and also on the journey from the areas , does anyone know what this is ? Thanks
