Is this a good Film History curriculum?
So I've found myself in a bit of a bind. I'm running a short 10 class course, each class about an hour long. It's called "Introduction into Film History" if I translate it from my language. I already know which scenes I will show in class and which movies I will talk about. But since I cannot actually show feature length films in class, I thought about giving the class homework. After each lesson, they will have to watch a movie at home. And here's the problem. Film history is way too complicated to narrow it down into 10 feature length films. And I don't want to ruin the student's already busy schedules with long epics. So I made a list. Do you think I could change any of these around?
