Neighboring Restaurant Relations

How're you all getting along with neighboring restaurants? Good, Bad, or Ugly?

I'd say our relationship with the neighbors is pretty well. We get servers/cooks that come in for their pre/mid/post-drink and swap chisme. I've had a few past jobs where it's felt like there was at the very least some friendly rivalry.
