Winter tires

Hey guys, I’m currently looking into winter tires because my soul cannot crawl up any kind of hill even if it’s a quarter inch only, I’m wondering what some of you guys would recommend so I can keep my car a lot longer, I currently have a 2013 Kia soul base model
