Coin buildings

I'm starting to half regret buying the train station as the further I get, the more I'm thinking the tracks will end up taking too much space. Then finding they can't be sold, stored or island-moved has now lead me to question the rest of the coin buildings and be more selective. Do you have any buildings you regret buying and should possibly warn me about? 😆
