Can anyone ID these guards?

I know this is a long shot because the video is so blurry, but I was watching the NBC extended footage of Leo Ryan's visit, and noticed there was a group of people that acted like security. For example, when Steve Katsaris was talking to his sister Maria, a group of them - 3 guys (2 yellow shirts and 1 black shirt) later joined by a woman with brown hair wearing a white sleeveless shirt - were just hanging around in the background, watching the interview and talking amongst themselves. When Don Harris asks why Steve was worried about Maria, they all looked and just kept watching. Later on, the lady in white whispers something to the guy in black (who now appears to be as Al Touchette because of his, uh, distinct 70s style moppy hair, lol).

When Jim was sitting for an interview with Harris, I believe one of the guys in yellow (with thick brown hair) leans over and Jones whispers something in his ear. You can also see him walk by Bonnie Simon when she was screaming for her kids.

Are they security guards or airstrip shooters? Or just staff? (Tim Carter was also hanging around in the background at some points and from my understanding he's mostly PR.)
