S - Incredibly overpowered with high skill cap, aside from Jogo who’s button mash + dash is good enough to make him S.
A - Overpowered, can change targets and 2-4 hit kill your teammate while running, decent skill cap. Sukuna isnt S because his skill cap is significantly lower then gojo/todo because of his very basic combo’s.
B - Circumstantial characters decent skill cap.
C - Extremely circumstantial, needs a specific type of teammate, high skill cap.
D - Extremely circumstantial + Mid skill cap.
