JEE isn't everything in life
Hey guys, I'm 23F, studied in NIT Trichy. I just wanted to tell you that JEE isn't everything. Even though I studied in the top NIT, I'm not that successful and there are like 100s of people like me in my college in every batch. Right now, I'm doing an average job and earning an average salary. And there's this senior who used to be in my team, she just finished diploma, started working, did part time engineering and now, she got a very good job that pays more than what I'm getting paid here. We both are around the same age, but she's doing better cuz she has an engineering degree with 4 years of experience. Trust me when I say this, for some industry, like automation industry, your work experience matters more than your college name. So, don't stress too much on JEE and your college name. No matter where you go, if you can dream big and be passionate enough, you will definitely be successful. JEE is not your life, there's so much to life than you can ever imagine. To be honest, after 1 or 2 years of finishing college, no one even remembers your college name. So, don't stress out!!!
Edit: As some of you said, getting into an old IIT or old NIT will be worth it, you will get a headstart for sure if you do well in college. What I'm trying to say is, even if you couldn't make it into a top IIT or NIT, your life is not going to get over, you may not have a head start after college, but definitely you can be successful a bit later in life if you put in the hard work. So, don't give up, college name isn't everything, you're gonna be doing fine whether or not you become an IITian or NITian. So, dw too much. All the best 🥳🔥
