Best JBL for the job?

Looking to add a jbl to our registry that fits our needs. One that is loud enough for smaller tailgates, indoor/outdoor parties, hosting a booth on outdoor vintage market days, and for traveling to the lake etc. Is there a portable one that meets my needs or should I just go big with party box or encore? If so what do you recommend. Would like something that lasts a long time. Thanks.
