University of Toronto vs Erasmus School of Economics

Okay first up, I know this subreddit is for US admissions, but I've seen posts about other unis here in the past and I'm not sure where else to ask this? So if someone else knows some better subreddit where I could ask this, please lemme know.

I'm a student from the Middle East who'll be starting his bachelor's in economics this fall. I got into UofT with a 100k CAD scholarship. However, I've also applied to the Double Bachelor's in Economics and Econometrics program at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. In the event that I get an offer from EUR, which one would be a better alternative for me? Even with the scholarship, going to UofT would pose a significantly greater financial burden on my family, but we can afford it. I don't plan on returning to the Middle East after my bachelor's. I'll most probably get a master's degree right after my bachelor's, but I'd like to pursue an option where I'll have good job opportunities as well in case I go down that route.

So what are the pros and cons of choosing UofT or EUR? As someone unsure about his exact trajectory after undergrad, which one would be a better option?
