Converge Application via Online/Website — Need Clarification

Hi! I applied for a Converge internet plan through their online platform. I already paid the initial fee of ₱1,500 via online banking.

The next day, I received an email from GoFiber stating that they will contact me to confirm the installation schedule, and they also provided a list of required permits to prepare.

However, I got another email from [email protected] asking for an advance payment before they can proceed with the installation.

Is this legit? Do I really need to make this additional payment? I'm not familiar with the process, so I'd appreciate any guidance. Thank you!
