What's the very best way to recycle hardware in the US?

My company is trying to become more sustainable. We're stuck to a Windows environment (manufacturing) and we mostly use HP and Dell. Right now we pay a recycling company to take old hardware off our hands. They probably take our tech, and resell some of it and e-waste the rest to China.

What can we do to recover some cash while also being sustainable?
