Has anyone called to get their Provider number ? Pack pay question

Hello I’m located in OC my husband finished the provider enrollment Nov 1 our son got approved for PS back in October and they insisted we don’t call them for an update until after the 6 week period I’m so desperate to call them and ask for an update we are behind 3 months worth of bills we are on our last $ and it’s becoming impossible has anyone called before the 6 week wait period and got their number? And will my husband get back pay our son application started July 1 I just think that’s so much time there’s no way he’ll get that much ?

I get anxious to call them cause sometimes they sound like they don’t care
