Backpay and ihss income cash aid ebt

Hello I kwn I’ve post a lot .i just post to get information from other people who are in my position..so backpay n income form ihss??how does this effect ebt????do I have to give them all the backpay??so I knw not to use it n send them it ..or what happened?
