Orientation appointment in OC what to expect ?

I’m a provider but I applied when it was Covid so I never did a in person appointment just sent over my documents (SSC , ID,etc) through email but fast forward my husband is signing up to be a live in provider for our other child but he has to do in person orientation/verification What to expect? Will he get his provider number there ?
