Background

Hello questions if u guys dnt mind helping me out..background was completed the day of orientation…and I kwn that they said we wouldn’t get any email till 6 weeks from that day..is this true even tho background was completed already?so n I won’t get my provider number for 6 weeks? N timesheets as well??
