Y70 touch, cannot detect RTX 4060

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with the y70 touch, after placing my components into this new case, everything seems to work fine except the GPU. I went to dxdiag after plugging the DP cable into the MB, and it does not seem to detect my GPU at all, I've tried multiple restarts and switching of different ports to plug the riser into the MB, but no luck so far. Is the riser the problem? Can I fix it somehow or is it unfixable?
