Help with gear recommendations please!

I’m on my second play through, ultra hard, I have all the Legendary weapons and outfits. I like the sneak approach and so usually wear the Utaru Winterweave outfit (the look is just different here cause I don’t like the actual look of it) I’m having a hard time defeating the big guys like the Shellsnapper, thunderjaw, Rockbreaker and others like them. I am not not the best at fighting in general but I can defeat them but it takes a long time and I usually die a bunch. Is there any advice for the best weapons to have on my weapon wheel or specific outfits just for fighting that might be better?
