Ideas to get a couch through the doorway?

Hi all, I have a couch that we bought over 10 years ago. It’s time to get it out of the room it’s been living in and put a new couch in its place. 5ish years ago we got new carpet in the room and my dad and brother couldn’t get it out of the room and neither could the carpet ppl so they had to leave it in the room and carpet around it. Now I really need to get this couch out of the room and preferably not cut in half. Anyone have any ideas?

And yes the couch was delivered in 1 piece the day we bought it. The doorway is 29” x 79” and the couch is 80” W, 30.25” L at the tallest and 22” at the armrests (both without the legs on), and 37.5” D EDIT: yes we’ve taken the door off the hinges and the legs and cushions off the couch before and still had issues. Thanks everyone for all the maneuvering ideas, we’re gonna try them out this weekend!
