Need to load the map 2 times each time...

So everytime I open the game, the first server I join I always wait like 5 or 10 minutes for loading the map, and the I always get connection lost. Then the second time I connect it works. I guess the game is preloading some assets. Can I do it myself somehow? I hate, that each time I need to spend at least 15 minutes just to join ANY server
