12+ months 1900 FUT

Hey everyone, this will be my final update! It’s been well over a year since my operation and I wanted to make a conclusion post. I had my operation done by Dr. Haber in Cleveland, Ohio which consisted of 1900 grafts by FUT.

I cannot begin to describe how much of an impact this has had in my life. Mentally, I feel on top of the world. I now have the hairline I once had in my early 20’s before my hairline began to aggressively recede.

I remember spending countless hours staring at my (poor) hairline every morning, deciding on how I planned to style it in order to hide the recession.

Always hated the wind. Completely exposed my hairline and would combat bad hair days with a hat.

Now, I’m able to style my hair in ways that were impossible in the past and have the highest level of confidence I’ve had in years.

Just yesterday I received my wedding pictures and words can’t explain how happy I am with my hair in every single picture…

To whoever needs to hear this, do the damn thing! If your hair dictates your life as much as it did mine, I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions of my life. My only regret is not getting the procedure done sooner/hopping on fin.

I hope that anyone that stumbles upon my journey here asks any and all questions, as I understand how much anxiety the idea of a hair transplant conjures.

I will still occasionally lurk in the comments on this sub providing any opinions and feedback asked by the community. But for now, I can’t wait to see others go through the process, regaining confidence one day at a time!
