Runic attack missing

Hey everyone, I decided to complete an ng+ Game after maybe a year after getting a platinum. Everything's great except for the fact that I am missing an ace light runic attack, more specifically, the wrath of the frost ancient (not sure if that's the name, it's the one that lets you to fire a frost beam from the axe). Does anyone know what is the problem?

P.s I had all runic attacks collected before starting ng+
