The DSW and Load Focus Discrepancy
is crazy to me. How discrepant they are and seemingly don't account for one another. This is my load focus after a high aerobic run. Just before the run there was even less high aerobic and anaerobic...aka I was short on those and way over on low aerobic. But the DSW for the next 3-4 days for biking and running is a ton of base/low aerobic.
I understand the importance of building a large base but why is there such a massive DSW and Load Focus discrepancy?
it makes it hard for me to determine if I want to train based on my load focus or the daily suggestions .
