Sync issue between Garmin Connect and Apple Health

Hi
It seems that Connect is no longer syncing any data with Apple Health.

When navigating to Settings -> Health -> Data Access & Devices -> Connect, there are no toggles present, as if Connect is no longer attempting to read or write data.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
