Do you think there will ever be regulations put into place for this industry? Minimum TONU charges, minimum detention charges. Just simple stuff. There are zero regulations to my knowledge. If you wanted to be a dick and just never give detention or TONUs, there is nothing stopping you. Which begs the questions, why should we? It’s not our problem. Blame the government. Does anyone know of any regulations that are in place/being put in place?
