North with 240 + 360 mm AIO？

I have got a 4090 MSI supreme liquid for like a year and it is time to retire my 8 years old 8700k and motherboard lol and rehome it to a better case.

So question here is I am planning to place the 240mm GPU aio on top and have a 360mm cpu aio at front. Both should fit separately but not sure if they will interfere with each other. Unlike north xl, they specifically mention 420mm front radiator can not work with 360mm top. I also wonder if the top aio will affect motherboard power cable/ram.

I am leaning towards north, since XL will be too long for my side table. The back plan is to drop the 360 to 280.
