4/3 lenses on E-M1X. Need help to decide.

I have a bunch of 4/3 lens (50-200, 11-22, 50/2, 12-60 etc). I have the E-5 in perfect working conditions, but I am thinking about getting a brand new E-M1X to pair with the old lenses. Current price for new E-M1X is about $950. Is it worth the upgrade from E-5 to E-M1X? I already have Lumix GX7 and G9, but they don't have Phrase detection, and the focusing speed with an adaptor is terribly slow.
